Evoflydeals is not responsible for losses, denied boarding, cancellation charges, missed flights, ticketing errors, or other problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Payment Authorization

When you provide payment information to Evoflydeals or authorize a transaction by telephone, online, email, or another approved method, you authorize the applicable charges associated with the travel service and any clearly disclosed service or processing fees.

Depending on the booking, charges may be processed by Evoflydeals, an airline, a travel supplier, a ticketing source, a payment processor, or another authorized provider.

9. Evoflydeals Service Fees

Evoflydeals may charge a service, booking, processing, change, cancellation, or assistance fee for certain services. Any applicable Evoflydeals fee should be disclosed before the relevant transaction is finalized.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, an Evoflydeals service or processing fee may be separate from the airline fare and may be subject to different refund conditions.

10. Cancellations

Cancellation rights and penalties depend on the specific airline, fare, ticket, and booking conditions associated with your itinerary. Some tickets may be refundable, some may qualify for credit, and others may be non-refundable except where law or airline policy provides otherwise.

Submitting a cancellation request to Evoflydeals does not automatically mean that the ticket has been cancelled. Cancellation is subject to processing and confirmation by the applicable airline, booking system, ticketing source, or supplier.

11. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change a booking, including dates, routes, passenger names, cabins, seats, or other details, are subject to availability and applicable airline or supplier rules.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable ticket terms, airline rules, supplier conditions, payment handling, and law. Where a refund is approved, the amount and processing timeline may depend on the airline, supplier, payment processor, financial institution, and original payment method.

13. Non-Refundable Tickets

Some fares are sold at a lower price in exchange for stricter restrictions and may be designated as non-refundable, no changes, basic economy, restricted, or similar.

By confirming such a ticket, you accept the restrictions disclosed for that fare. Evoflydeals may assist with an exception request where available, but cannot guarantee that an airline or supplier will approve a waiver, credit, change, or refund.

14. No-Shows and Missed Flights

If a traveler does not appear for a flight, arrives late, misses check-in, misses boarding, or fails to cancel before departure, the ticket may be treated as a no-show. A no-show may result in cancellation of remaining segments and loss of some or all ticket value.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they possess all documents and permissions required for travel.

16. Airline Check-In and Boarding
