A quoted price is not guaranteed until the booking has been processed and confirmed. Airline inventory and pricing may change before ticketing.

2. Government Taxes and Airport Charges

Airline tickets may include government-imposed taxes, passenger facility charges, security fees, arrival fees, departure fees, immigration fees, customs fees, tourism charges, or other public charges depending on the itinerary.

Amounts may vary by country, airport, route, travel date, cabin, connection point, and passenger type.

3. Airline-Imposed Charges

Airlines may impose charges, surcharges, carrier fees, fuel-related charges, or other ticket components. These amounts are controlled by the airline or supplier and may vary by itinerary and fare type.

5. Baggage Fees

7. Evoflydeals Booking Assistance Fees

Evoflydeals may charge a booking, processing, or assistance fee for certain services. Any applicable agency fee should be disclosed before the transaction is finalized.

• Booking assistance fees may be up to $30 per traveler.
• Business class, first class, or complex itinerary assistance may be up to $100.
• Agency fees may be separate from airline fares, taxes, and supplier charges.
• Agency fees may be subject to different refund rules from airline charges.

8. Change Fees and Fare Differences

If you request a change after ticketing, the cost may include airline change penalties, fare differences, supplier charges, taxes, and disclosed agency handling fees. A fare difference may apply even when an airline change penalty is waived.

9. Cancellation Handling Fees

Where permitted by law and disclosed before processing, Evoflydeals may charge a cancellation handling fee.

• Domestic cancellation handling may be up to $25 per passenger.
• International cancellation handling may be up to $75 per passenger.
• Airline or supplier penalties may apply separately.
• Cancellation fees do not guarantee refund approval.

10. Payment and Statement Descriptors

Depending on the booking, charges may be processed by Evoflydeals, an airline, a travel supplier, a ticketing source, a payment processor, or another authorized provider. The name appearing on your bank or card statement may vary.

11. Local Charges Payable During Travel

Some charges may be payable directly to an airline, airport, government authority, destination, or service provider and may not be collected by Evoflydeals at booking.

• Airport service charges
• Baggage charges paid at check-in
• Visa or entry fees
• Tourism or destination taxes
• Onboard purchases
• Local transportation charges

12. Errors and Price Changes

Although reasonable efforts may be made to communicate accurate pricing, errors may occur. If an obvious or material error affects a quote or booking, Evoflydeals or the applicable supplier may contact you to explain available options.

Evoflydeals does not guarantee that an obviously erroneous fare will be honored where doing so is not required by law.

13. Questions About a Charge

If you do not recognize a charge, contact Evoflydeals with the booking reference, transaction date, amount, and last four digits of the payment method if needed for identification. Do not send a full card number by email or contact form.
